Job Title: Production & Marketing Associate (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Production & Marketing Associate to join our team at Timberwolf Films. This role is perfect for someone passionate about content creation, with a keen eye for film and photo production, and the initiative to create engaging, Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a desire to contribute to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce dynamic and engaging BTS content for Instagram, TikTok, the company website, and other social platforms.

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

• Collaboration: Work closely with producers and directors to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and production goals.

• Pre-production & Research: Conduct research, contribute to the creative ideation process, and assist in pre-production planning for shoots.

• Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread content for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Creative Ideation: Generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and reflect our brand identity.

• Social Media Coordination: Manage social media content schedules and coordinate posts across platforms.

• Production Support: Assist with various production tasks, including PA duties, on set coordination, and studio maintenance.

• Client Communication: Assist with client outreach and communication as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience creating engaging photo and video content.

• Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in social media marketing and management, including Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Content Strategy: Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand development.

• Basic Photography/Videography Skills: Entry to moderate knowledge of photography and videography techniques.

• Collaboration & Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, bringing creative ideas to life.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time

• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

• Expected Hours: 24 hours per week

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Preferred Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1+ year (Preferred)
